Buscando Pajaros

For the 5th year, Orange Audubon Society is hosting a tram ride at Orlando Wetlands, led by Gilberto Sanchez in his native Spanish. Gilberto is a skilled photographer and Orlando Wetlands volunteer. The trip will be Saturday, March 7th, from 8 to 11:00 a.m. It is free but limited to 25 people, with registration on Buscando Pajaros

February 13, 2026 Orange Audubon Society is working to create a nature center and habitat restoration at the Apopka Birding Park, which is the old nursery site to the right of the entrance to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive. We have a lot of invasive plants to control before successful re-seeding with native grasses and Invasive Plant Identification Workshop
