Monthly Field Trip to Trimble Park, Mt. Dora

Orange Audubon Society’s (OAS) first monthly field trip of the season will be  to Trimble Park. This Orange County park near in Mt. Dora is on an isthmus between Lake Beauclair and Lake Carlton in the Harris Chain of Lakes.

Large Spanish moss-draped live oaks line the lake shore. The oaks and other trees should be full of migratory songbirds, as we hike the 1.3-mile loop trail.
